1. Sponsor
The "A Presto" Casa Loopini Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Loopini Inc., 208 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002 ("Sponsor"). Questions: info@eatloopini.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at the time of entry, and who have, or can obtain before travel, a passport valid for travel to Italy. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, retailers, distributors and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and people living in the same household, are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2027 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Each eligible entry received by either method has the same chance of winning.
Method 1, card in the box: specially marked boxes of Loopini pizza include an entry card with a unique code. Visit loopini.com/pages/sicily during the Sweepstakes Period, enter the code and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address and date of birth, and answer three short questions about Loopini. One code = one (1) entry. Each code can be used only once. Codes are verified against Sponsor's records; invalid, duplicate, altered or forged codes are void.
Method 2, free mail-in entry (no purchase necessary): handwrite your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address and date of birth, plus the words "Loopini A Presto Sweepstakes", on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Loopini A Presto Sweepstakes, Loopini Inc., 208 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2027 and received by May 7, 2027. One (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted.
Limit: one (1) entry per person per day, across both methods combined. Entries submitted by bots, scripts or other automated means, or in excess of the limit, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries.
5. Winner selection and odds
On or about May 14, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a spot for the winner on Sponsor's next Casa Loopini group trip in Italy, currently planned for summer 2027, on the dates and at the location set by Sponsor. The prize includes: round-trip economy airfare for the winner from a major commercial airport in the continental U.S. selected by Sponsor; accommodations for the length of the trip (about four (4) nights) at the Casa Loopini house, which may be shared with other trip guests; ground transfers in Italy listed in the trip itinerary; and group meals and activities listed in the trip itinerary. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000. Actual value may vary with departure city and travel dates; the winner gets no difference between the ARV and actual value.
The prize is for the winner only; no guest is included. The winner must travel on the trip dates set by Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited. Not included: travel insurance, passports and travel documents, meals and activities not listed in the itinerary, personal expenses, gratuities, and anything else not expressly listed above. The winner must sign a liability and publicity release before travel and follow the trip's schedule and Sponsor's reasonable conduct rules during the trip.
No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner. If the trip is canceled, postponed past December 31, 2027 or otherwise becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. The potential winner must reply within five (5) days and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of it being sent. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return the documents in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize and must provide a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize means the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, state, photo, voice and likeness, including photos and video taken during the trip, for advertising and promotion, in any media, without further payment or notice.
10. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or violates these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if canceled, award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the cancellation. If a dispute arises over who submitted an online entry, the entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used.
11. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, retailers, agencies, and their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including travel. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, errors in printed or online materials, or entries that are lost, late or misdirected.
12. Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to run the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor's privacy policy. Entrants who opt in may also receive Loopini emails and can unsubscribe at any time.
14. Winner's name and Official Rules
For the winner's name (available after June 1, 2027) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Loopini A Presto Sweepstakes Winner/Rules, Loopini Inc., 208 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002, within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
